My background is in customer service and sales including administration. I have a city & Guilds 7307 Adult teaching certificate stage 1. I did my training working with different types of people including young offenders groups in the York area.

My teaching methods are i base each class on the group of people i am seeing that day. I teach them basic computer skills but also do administration work i.e. writing letters and using Microsoft office if set up on the computers.
