I am a sophomore at NYU. David was my math tutor from 6th though 12 grade (2015-2021). David is an incredibly patient and knowledgeable teacher who took as much as time as needed to teach me math concepts and supported me in completing my work. We worked on everything from homework to content reinforcement to enrichment. For example he taught me the first semester of Algebra 2 in the summer prior to the class! I appreciate that he adapted his teaching style to my learning style and pace.

During the pandemic, we were able to work effectively over Zoom. He has a very clear way of initially explaining concepts, and if I didn't understand the first time, he was excellent at coming up with alternative perspectives until I understood the problem.
