About Monia
I am a professional actor and teacher, working in Secondary schools since 2010. What I love most about teaching is finding the right fit for the student, as everybody learns differently. I love combining coaching with teaching, making sure that my students gain positive outcomes from my sessions. I want my students to leave with specific takeaways, knowing that they have achieved a goal. Learning goals: Drama school prep, monologue prep, help with scene work, GCSE prep, LAMDA exams, representation search, self-tapes, interview prep, audition technique. Online lessons: £25 per hour Teaching methodology: Flexible, open and focused: using varied resources, materials and methods from my experience working as an actor and teaching Secondary Drama, to fit your needs. Typical length of a lesson: 60 minutes Qualifications: Fully qualified teacher, holding Qualified Teacher Status, Safeguarding training, and full advanced DBS. Lessons for: students aged 11 - 18 (Secondary School) & adults applying to Drama School or looking for coaching.
