About Celine
Hey! I'm Celine, a recent graduate from a NZ high school who achieved a 42. I offer tutoring in AA SL, Chem HL/SL & Bio HL/SL, along with providing support in IAs & Bio EEs- which I obtained A in.
I'm incredibly passionate and energetic as a person, with a love for sharing my knowledge and guiding those eager to learn. I enjoy meeting new people, creating new connections and keeping up with hobbies such as martial arts, running and trying the newest matcha at cafes!
I'm dedicated to helping students thrive with my ultimate goal being to build students' confidence and encourage curiosity whilst undertaking the IB course!

I know all too well how it feels to be the only person in the room who doesn't get the "easy" concept. However, through finding my own way of learning, I've come to realise everyone is more than capable of achieving success in the IB!
The key is to put solid understanding first. Lessons will begin with a focus on understanding pure theory + fundamentals. Only then, will we tackle more advanced ideas and reconsolidate these concepts through guided practice.
Types of lessons offered:
- Q&A style (questions chosen by student eg. from homework/classwork)
- Concept building (targeting KEY subtopics/ideas)
- Practice (past papers, exam prep, revision of learnt content with available guidance)
- IAs/EEs (suggestions, proof-reading, tips, exemplars)
- Curriculum style (pre-structured lessons going through student's chosen topic)
