My classes are inclusive, grounded and very factual, blending evidence-based functional breathing, traditional breathwork techniques, and a strong focus on the biomechanics of each asana. My methodology centres on conscious, efficient breathing to support alignment, mobility, stability and a deeper mind–body–self connection. Lessons typically run for 60 to 90 minutes and combine clear instruction, guided breathwork, mindful movement and accessible sequencing tailored to each student’s needs. I am accredited by Yoga Alliance in Hatha Yoga and Pre & Post Natal Yoga, a qualified Breath Coach (Yoga Teachers’ College & CPCAB), and an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor, teaching internationally since 2019 in English and Spanish. My classes are suitable for adults 18+, from beginner-intermediate levels. I offer yoga sessions and breathwork classes for all levels, delivered both in person and online, in groups or 1:1
