My teaching method involves the following:
• Assuming the role of a demonstrator that retains the formal authority role by showing students what they need to know. The lessons include multimedia presentations, activities, and demonstrations.
• Assuming the role of a Facilitator that promotes self-learning and help students develop critical thinking skills and retain knowledge that leads to self-actualization.
• Assuming the role of a delegator style that warrants peer feedback.
• A Hybrid, or blended style that follows an integrated approach to teaching that blends the teacher’s personality and interests with students’ needs and curriculum-appropriate methods.
