About Jalees
Hello, I am Jalees, I am passionate about helping students grow in both confidence and knowledge. Over the years, I have seen how the right support can transform a student’s outlook on learning—from feeling unsure or overwhelmed to achieving things they didn’t think possible. That’s why I tutor: I want to make that difference. Teaching gives me the chance to share my subject knowledge, but more importantly, to guide students in developing problem-solving skills, resilience, and curiosity. I love seeing those “lightbulb moments” when something clicks, and my goal is always to create an encouraging environment where students feel motivated to do their best.

I create a supportive, engaging learning environment where students feel confident to ask any questions and build on their strengths. My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs—whether that means breaking down difficult concepts step by step, using real-life examples, or providing structured practice to reinforce understanding. I also encourage active learning, so that students are not just listening but participating and applying what they have learnt. Typical lessons last around sixty minutes. I am currently a final year student in Accounting and Finance, and I would like to build and teach on my tutoring experience, help them prepare for exams, and learn life-long skills. I teach accounting concepts and fundamentals for students at A-Levels, college, secondary and high school students.
