My lessons are personalized to fit each student’s unique learning style. I use clear explanations, visuals, guided practice, and step by step strategies so students build both skills and confidence. A typical session begins with a quick review or warm-up, followed by focused instruction on new material, and ends with guided practice and feedback.
What sets me apart is my ability to connect with students of all levels from struggling learners to gifted students while making learning engaging and less stressful. I specialize in math (elementary through Algebra I), reading comprehension, writing skills, and study strategies. I also work with students who have special needs, including autism.
Whether your child needs extra support, wants to stay ahead, or simply needs a confidence boost, I create lessons that meet them where they are and help them reach their full potential.

Ms Tish is great with kids and helps not only get them up to speed on math and reading/writing but also helps instill good habits, character and self-esteem. We love having Ms Tish work with our child.
I have been using Mrs. Tish tutoring service for 5 yrs and it has been an excellent growth for my son's studies. She diversifies the experience as per students needs and help them grow and succeed. Very easy to communicate with.
