About Zachary
Music has been my life since childhood and I have spent 10 years refining my approach to technical instruction. I admit that I expect rigorous focus from my pupils. My studio centers on accompaniment skills, grade exam prep, and complex memorization techniques.
Ear training and dynamics remain vital. I emphasize scales and arpeggios plus sight transposition daily. I deliver results through disciplined practice.

You arrive for our first meeting and sit at the bench while we analyze your current hand placement. By performing a diagnostic playing assessment, I determine exactly where your technique requires adjustment before we set a learning plan.
My MMus Music Performance degree from New England Conservatory informs these sessions. I apply 10 years of experience to ensure your mechanics remain efficient. This structured method ensures that you feel prepared for any upcoming examination. I prefer to keep the atmosphere calm and focused on consistent improvement.
