About Kirsty
I just achieved a B in A Level Accounting, a B in A Level Maths, and a Distinction in AAT Level 3 Accounting. I have even helped tutor some of my friends during GCSE Maths - my friend, who was on track to achieved grade 6 (B), ended up achieving grade 8 (A*) after I taught her some tips for trigonometry and algebra! I’m also a keen singer, and I have a dog called Benji and a cat called Harry. If you’re looking for a friend as well as a tutor to help you achieve the best grade you possibly can, I’m here for you!

I like to encourage a relaxed class environment, where students can feel confident enough to have a crack at answering questions, even if they’re not sure of the answer. I like to get to know my students first, and make myself familiar with how they learn best - whether it be visually with diagrams and illustrations, through making notes from the lectures, or simply working through a variety of past paper questions. It’s important to me that I tailor each lesson to the student I’m teaching, in order to make the learning experience much more productive and enjoyable for each individual.
