About Connor
My name is Connor and I am a Senior at North Carolina State University. I am majoring in Mechanical Engineering and minoring in Mandarin Chinese. I graduated high school at 16, 2 years early.
I have tutored for 4 years, helping mainly high school students of all ages and backgrounds, and I cannot wait to help teach and tutor more! I did 3 years of tutoring at City Honors School, one of the top 150 high schools in the country. I scored a 770 out of 800 on the math section of the SAT twice (98th percentile), and I now try to help students find similar success. I have taken up to Differential Equations, the equivalent of Calculus 4. I have been a straight A math student throughout my high school and college careers.

My students all learn in different ways. I spend the first lesson determining where my students are strong, where they are weak, and focusing on where they can improve the most. We go over lots of practice problems in the subject areas they are studying, and go through the process of how to solve these problems by applying the mathematical theory that the students learn in class.
Most of my students see massive point boosts in their SAT and ACT scores with only a few lessons. I have had many students see 200+ point boosts on the SAT, and many others achieve 35s on the ACT. Almost all my students get much higher than their goal scores with my teaching methods.
I am dedicated to ensure every student's individual success, and learning different approaches to math can help increase one's knowledge and boost their confidence.
