About Joshua
I am a passionate, energetic and a "big kid" when it comes to myself and I like to also enjoy life whenever I can.my hobbies consists of home exercises daily, gaming on my PlayStation, seeing family and friends, and many more activities too.
I want to show that as not only a teacher but also someone to have a mentor like approach to when speaking on that level of not only being an adult, but my experiences growing up from young until now.

My lessons follow the national guidelines of the Physical Education requirements and I focus on many technical aspects of different areas of sports. I will add the elements of fun into what I teach and I strive to allow efforts and ability for mistakes while understanding the different levels of where the strengths and weaknesses lie. I also like to keep notes and a track of all things within the sessions to ensure that there's progression and I also like to receive feedback/criticism to improve myself.
