About Ryann Rae
I have been teaching yoga for over 5 years and I have fallen in love with the gentleness of the practice. I was a student for many years before I became an instructor, where I worked on the invaluable skills of presence and awareness.
Through teaching, I aim to instil a sense of peace and acceptance in my students.
I have taught in multiple settings including online, private offices, studios, and gyms.

Restorative yoga is centred around breathing techniques (pranayama) and releasing muscle tension through various poses (asanas).
Poses are generally held for longer and target the deep connective tissues. The transitions will be slower and more mindful. Through each pose, we will focus on engaging the mind, body, and breath.
There is no right or wrong way! We will find poses that work for you and your body! :)

Perfect! Ryann Rae is a fantastic tutor! She is accommodating, clear, and respectful. When I told her about my needs, she created a specific yoga plan and tailored it to perfection, taking into account my disabilities and using a trauma-informed approach. The lessons were the perfect pace for me and I never felt afraid or intimidated to ask her to speed up or slow down when I felt it necessary because of her friendly approach.
