Start CPR 1st is a veteran-owned CPR, First Aid, and Basic Life Support training provider based in Phoenix, AZ, serving the Phoenix metropolitan area and Maricopa County. The company specializes in onsite group training at customer locations for organizations with five or more participants and offers online/blended courses with hands-on skills sessions or Remote Skills Verification. Many classes provide same-day certification, with credentials generally valid for two years.
Training follows American Heart Association and American Safety & Health Institute curricula, including AHA BLS Provider for healthcare professionals; ASHI CPR/AED; combined First Aid, CPR, and AED; pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid; Bloodborne Pathogens (AHA and ASHI options); and AHA Opioid Education. Select courses are available in Spanish.
Start CPR 1st serves workplaces and institutions such as schools, daycares and preschools, restaurants and bars, offices, construction sites, and warehouses. Administrative support is available Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM MST; these office hours do not reflect class times.
