About Camille
I have been a dancer and gymnast since I was child. For several years, the practice of fitness has become my passion. Graduated from DEUG and STAPS License, I give Fitness classes in an association : step, strengthening, cardio ... My regular practice and my frequent researches will allow me to be of good advice, to help you to surpass yourself!

First of all before starting, I send you a questionnaire in order to know your motivations and objectives. Then we will establish a specialized training plan. My coaching is always adapted to the different levels and I focus a lot on safe postures in order to avoid injuries. I really like to work in circuits, or in sets of exercises. I can bring small equipment.
