Hi, I’m Jake, a second-year Economics student at Swansea University, who achieved a 2:1 grade in my first year, with a Grade 7 in GCSE Maths. I tutor Foundation GCSE Maths, focusing on building confidence and breaking down difficult topics into clear, simple steps. My lessons are typically one hour long, combining step-by-step explanations with practice questions and exam-style problems. I adapt my teaching style to each student, helping them work towards achieving a Grade 4/5. Lessons are suitable for secondary school students (Years 9–11) preparing for GCSE exams or looking to strengthen their maths skills.
