About Archie
I am a Biology Student at Durham University with a passion for genetics, evolution and scientific communication. I have been tutoring for 3 years and achieved 3 A*'s at A level, but I am proudest of my contagious passion for the scientific world. I always strive to inspire students by drawing on my experience with cutting edge research to show how the knowledge they learn could be applied to change the world.

I have been tutoring for 3 years, teaching both A level and GCSE across all three science subjects and maths, with a key focus on biology and chemistry. I always begin by establishing the student's level of understanding and identifying any problem areas that need particular focus. I then discuss the topic with them, walking them through key points and keeping it conversational so the student remains engaged and learning at all times. I usually finish with exam questions, these are excellent for reviewing important theory and working on key exam skills. My lessons are generally 1-2 hours
