I am a high-scoring student who majors in Actuarial & Financial Mathematics at McMaster University. This means I am still relatively young, so I can relate to students and still remember high school mathematics well and I can apply the techniques I used to achieve straight As in my high school math courses.

-My typical teaching style is to apply a logic-based philosophy to any mathematical concept. This way, students will build strong foundational knowledge about the concept and the actual applications will become second nature. My teaching style is flexible, and I can adapt to any student's needs.
-I break my lessons into 3 categories: Foundation/logic (what do these concepts really mean? Why does it matter? How can I think of this logically rather than mathematically?), Examples (Watch me solve practice problems and related examples), Guided practice problems (Time for you to apply what you learned and solve problems with my guidance).
-I am targeting highschool students in any math course.
