About Ashley
I have been an instructor for about 2 years now. I am 500 hour trained and certified. I teach group classes and private lessons online and in person. I teach kids yoga, wall yoga, vinyasa flow, and my personal favorite yin yoga. I also facilitate sound healing meditations. I consider myself a “yoga addict” and like to dabble with every style if given the opportunity.

For private and group lessons I like to start with the basics and get a feel for my students ability levels. Luckily with yoga there are so many modifications available that it makes teaching multiple levels of skills a little easier. Once I’ve got a good understanding of your abilities we slowly build from there. There’s no rush or pushing to the extreme in my classes. I want you to tune into your body and the sensations happening and over time the slow progression will take you to mountain peaks you never thought you would see!
My classes are generally an hour long with the intention of having a focused topic for the day or week that we revolve around while we move through the poses, this approach stretches the mind with the body as well.
