About Eloise
I was inspired to teach Yoga after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I felt as though my world had been turned upside down, and the sentence of taking medication for the rest of my life seemed daunting to me.
I wanted to be able to live as much of a “normal” life as possible without feeling different or debilitated by my disease, and therefore took it upon myself to look into alternative remedies. I was drawn to Yoga through the movement and the philosophy and haven’t looked back since!

I believe that everyone - regardless of experience - should be able to enjoy and benefit from Yoga. My journey through Yoga with my autoimmune disease has been life changing, not only physicality, but also mentally, and I want to be able to share that gift with everyone. That is why I chose to qualify as a Yoga Teacher.
I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and ensure that each class is suitable for everyone, to ensure that no one feels left out. Each class is 45 minutes to 1 hour long and includes guided meditation and breathing techniques.
I also read Tarot and sometimes incorporate that and Astrology into my classes.
