About Shriya
Hi ! My name is Shriya and I am a first year medical student at Imperial Collage London. I have a passion for teaching and explaining concepts as it is a rewarding experience to share knowledge, see students grow, and make a positive impact on their academic journey. Having completed my Alevels and the process of applying the medical admissions process in the last year I have fresh first hand experience in all aspects of the application, especially for interview preparation which I can help with in addition to GCSE Maths, Biology and Chemistry.

I start lessons by figuring out the particular requirements and learning preferences of each student. I prepare material that focuses on particular areas that need work, making sure that both fundamental information and trickier ideas are covered.
I employ a variety of strategies to make sure the student comprehends the material, for instance using visual aids and analogies to explain complex concepts. Later on I would then use active recall in small quizzes at the start of the lesson to reinforce the material learnt this paired with exam-style questions which integrate exam technique into the course will allow the student to excel.
I have experience tutoring students in the past in Maths, Biology and Chemistry. Typically lessons are 1 hour long.
