About Grace
I am very passionate about learning and always have been. I have been very committed to my studying, which I believe has allowed me to attain highly. Although I am academically driven, I believe that having a range of hobbies and interests is incredibly important for wellbeing - for example, I love reading for leisure and going to the gym. I also believe that mental well-being is central to someone’s ability to learn and hope to be able to provide a positive working environment for my clients.

I take education very seriously. I consider it one of the great privileges of my life to have had such a wealth of opportunity to learn and hope to impart this on my tutees. I enjoy the subjects I study and have studied in the past and I believe I can help my students to feel this same passion, even when they are struggling with content/workload/exams etc. I love working with people, especially young people, as I feel that I work well on a peer-to-peer level, or alternatively when I am able to guide and help those younger than me. I am a goal-oriented person and I believe that setting reasonable and manageable goals, both in the short-term and long-term, can help children and teenagers to achieve their true potential. I feel as if I am patient, compassionate, and helpful. In many ways, I would like to be the teacher I sometimes didn’t have. I want to give my clients the ability to make mistakes without judgement, and receive constructive criticism that supports not only their education but their well-being.
