About Alexandria
Hi! I'm Alexandria, I'm a dual enrollment student and I love helping others learn. I'm studying to become a doctor someday and I'm passionate about helping you achieve your goals too! I've scored well on standardized tests which have opened up opportunities for me, and I would love to share what I've learned with you. My goal as a tutor is to make challenging subjects feel understandable. I want to help students feel excited going into tests, not nervous. I tailor lessons to each student and use clear explanations, examples, practice problems, and discussion to make sure they understand the “why,” not just the answer. I specialize in SAT preparation, advanced math, and writing, and my experience in speech and debate helps me explain ideas clearly and approach language from different perspectives.
