About Hannah
I’m a qualified level 3 personal trainer, level 4 nutrition and 200hr Yoga teacher additionally a level2 swimming teacher
I have taught swimming for 7+ years and a personal trainer for 3+ years.
My personal yoga practise started during 2020 to help with my anxiety and mental help and recently in April 2023 I qualified as a Yoga Teacher.
I really love moving my body from home workouts, lifting weights, yoga flows and swimming and want to make it enjoyable for others too.
I have had my own struggles when starting out. I have had a lot gym axienty in the past. A lot of self-doubt and poor body confidence. I have gone from uneducated and new to the PT world to being keen to learn and share my knowledge with others

About the lesson

Classes or 121 sessions will be built around a 4-6 weeks routine
So that you can learn and grow gradually but *with accountability that you won’t quit if you’ve committed to multiple weeks.
Sessions will be 60 minutes*option to an additional program outside of our class
I have taught all age groups before. From teenagers starting out at the gym to 70 year olds home workouts in person and online. However my main focus is helping people that starting out. Anyone who is beginning there exercise, fitness or yoga Journey.
