About Natalia
I am an advanced student of the university faculty of physical education. I am certified as a personal trainer and bodybuilding instructor. I have been a hockey coach for more than 5 years. I worked in gyms as a bodybuilding instructor and giving personalized electrofitness classes. I am currently working as a virtual and face-to-face personalized trainer
I started as a personal trainer because since I was 14 years old I have been training in gyms and in all these years I have not had the luck to cross or an instructor who noticed my technique , in my process, in my tastes and moods. I started and left the gym several times in a year and never managed to create the habit.
That is why today I dedicate myself to this and I have already had great results with several of my students. People who for years did not do any type of physical activity today have a year and a half without losing continuity. That is my goal, to be your support throughout your process. Help you understand that what you started is not in vain!

The first thing I do is meet my student. Know what your goals are, your physical fitness, your health history, your tastes, and your availability. Then, I put together a training plan according to your availability and needs.
I make sure that motivation and training continuity is the last thing to be lost, and that it is done responsibly. We will pursue the achievement of your goals, the acquisition of the habit and enjoyment of the training.
The training sessions depend on the person to whom it is addressed:
