About Henry
I am currently in my second year at Warwick University, studying Politics, Philosopy & Economics. I studied Maths, History and Economics for A Level, achieving A*, A*, A and also achieved 6 Grade 9s, 4 Grade 8s and a Grade 7 at GCSE, with a 9 in Maths.
So far I've taught KS3, GCSE and A Level Maths, and really enjoy any level.
I found that I have a talent for being able to simplify and explain whilst at school, helping my friends who struggled with Maths. When I answered a distress call from a relative who was struggling to help her son with online Maths during the pandemic, I realised that I could put this talent into practice elsewhere too!
All students learn differently so my teaching style adapts to whatever is needed. When tutoring I have used past papers, helped students make revision materials and worked through examples to help build understanding.

I started tutoring during the pandemic, whilst an A Level student. Back then it was for a 10 year old relative who was struggling with Maths. I realised that I have a talent for simplifying and explaining key concepts and how rewarding it is to help someone understand Maths, which has always been a subject I love!
Being young I understand what it's like to worry about exams, and I can help with revision techniques too. I am very personable and can get along with anyone, so lessons are also enjoyable.
I then moved on to tutoring for GCSE and A Level, and so I have a broad experience and can teach at any level. I adapt lessons to suit the tutee, and I'm flexible for whatever they need to learn.
