About Rose
I am a passionate Guitar tutor with more than 16 years of experience teaching college students. My lessons focus on simple explanations, practical skills, and creative expression. I help students understand both the technical and emotional sides of Guitar so they can become confident and expressive musicians. I teach chords, fingerstyle, strumming, rhythm building, picking patterns, and basic theory. I use real-life examples from songs and musical styles that students enjoy. This helps them connect deeply with what they learn. One of the innovative methods I use is “progressive play-along sessions,” where students learn through guided repetition and increasing challenge levels. This method helps them grow steadily and build strong playing habits. My teaching style is open, patient, and flexible. I encourage students to try new ideas, ask questions, and learn at their own pace. I include creative exercises like mini-riffs, chord experiments, and simple improvisation tasks to make learning fun and inspiring.

My teaching methodology for Guitar focuses on real-life learning, deep understanding, and open communication. I believe music should be learned through practice and real application. I use real songs and case studies to explain guitar techniques clearly and practically.
Understanding is the foundation of my teaching. I make sure students understand each concept, from tuning and chords to rhythm and technique. Lessons move step by step so students feel confident at every stage.
Communication is open and supportive. I listen carefully to students and explain lessons in simple words. I give regular feedback to help students improve.
Integrity is central to my teaching style. I am honest, patient, and consistent. I help students develop discipline, confidence, and long-term interest in music.
Along with Guitar, I also teach supporting subjects such as basic music theory, rhythm training, ear training, and performance skills. My goal is to help students become skilled, confident, and passionate guitar players.
