Qualification/ Experience: Bachelors of Science Human Nutrition (Hons) third year student, with experience in adopting a healthy diet, behavioural interventions and health psychology to promote healthy, sustainable habits for a healthy lifestyle.
Lesson Duration: 45-60 minutes
Teaching methodology applies a framework in identifying current routine, lifestyle, physical activity, dietary habits and mindset around diet and exercise, through self-monitoring, evaluation, goal setting and execution of a sustainable plan to achieve a healthy lifestyle which suits the needs and desires of the individual.
