About Lauren
I am a Primary teacher who makes an effort to understand the needs of each child I teach, as well as find the teaching style which best works for them.
I like to plan my lessons to be be fun and enjoyable, but also with the assurance that each child understands and can use the skills for future activities.
I am a big believer in positive reinforcement. If an area of learning is too challenging, I will research different ways to teach that area in order to ensure that my learners understand and get to grips with it.
Lastly, it is important to me that each of my learners feel comfortable within their learning environment and are not afraid to inform me if they don't feel comfortable; or if they don't understand their learning activity. I am very passionate about what I do and will work as hard as I can to help each learner with their education.
