About Melanie
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After graduating, I taught a 3rd/4th grade multi-age classroom for three years in a Title 1 school in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin where I taught across all subject areas. On a mission to find some warmer weather, my husband and I moved down to Nashville, Tennessee where I taught for two years as a 5th grade teacher, and as a math coach and am currently a virtual math coach. I have a total of 10 years of experience in the classroom working directly with students and now I work with both teachers and students in small group and whole group settings so I have experience in a variety of different settings.
