About Nikolais
I am a Computer Science graduate from the Bay Area, California and I have been giving tutoring lessons to Japanese and Brazilian students since 2016. I have had a wide range of students from ages 10-70 from those two different countries and have enjoyed seeing people looking to learn new things from me as much as I learn new things about them. I build confidence in others so that they can be able to prepare for real world conversations with different kinds of people and to help them succeed in their English language subject.

My students have a wide age gap and so I get students who are as young as 10 years old and as old as 70 years old. A lot of my students also have their needs for English lessons from learning the basics to preparing for real world and business conversations. I also helped middle and high school students prepare for their English language exams.
Once I get to know the student, I have to prepare appropriate material ahead of time, test the settings of my computer and video call, and give off confidence and welcome my students with a warm smile. Once our lessons have concluded, I will give my students feedback and give them recommendations for good practice.
