About Denise
I am a native English speaker. Most recently my students are face to face of primary school age. With a background in Health and well-being, as well as 20 years' experience working overseas in tourism hospitality and taking active roles and managing child development and family-oriented recreation. I have managed children’s clubs overseas creating educational and creative learning programmes to be able to communicate and captivate children of different nationalities in a diverse group setting. I believe language learning is the key to positive future change. Through English language learning students will be given the advantage of communicating internationally and within their own communities. The chance to study/work abroad, expand and extend their social reach, sharing ideas, knowledge and partner in business across local and more diverse regions. I appreciate you considering me to be part of your journey to learning the expression and joys of English language learning.

I am a certified TEFL English teacher with an enthusiastic yet attentive teaching approach. I teach to the learning capability and goals of my students so that learning becomes easy and enjoyable with a sense of improvement at the end of each lesson. At the beginning of each session the objective of the lesson is explained, explored then practised. I take enjoyment in helping students learn and explore the English language offering interactive learning tools, basic conversational roleplay to inspire confidence not only in listening but in being able to speak in response to another person. This method of repetitive practice builds good foundation knowledge and consistency in spoken vocabulary. I teach to the learning capability and goals of my students. At the beginning of each lesson the objective of the lesson is explained, explored then practised.
