About Vanessa
My name is Vanessa and I am currently an Alevel student studying yay Woodhouse College. I passed my GCSEs last year with an average grade of 8.6. I did a combination of old spec and new spec GCSE and IGCSEs but am willing to teach the new syllabus for some subjects with further studying. I did 11 subjects for GCSE, achieving A*s and 9s for all subjects except for English Literature (8) and Design and Technocology (B). For A level I am taking Chemistry, Maths and Physics and am an aspiring Chemical Engineer. I have been living in the UK for 6 years and lived in Austria for 10 years speaking German. I believe I am a very open minded have essential communication skills to help and develop the students skills as a tutor

My teaching methodology is explaining concepts thoroughly before teaching all the facts with paying close attention to the syllabus which is how I achieved what I wanted to at GCSE. I also believe doing past papers with the students will greatly improve their score marks.
